Patrons from all walks of life are preparing for the biggest event on the South Coast, the annual Ugu Jazz Arts Festival.
The month of June is full of build-up events leading to the main event on the 30th of June 2018.
On the 9th of June at Ntelezi sports ground, Cyassound Holdings in partnership with Umzumbe Municipality will host an Indigenous music festival. The festival is a day and night programme of a celebration of South African Indigenous music and artistry.
On the 16th of June all roads lead to NMZ. Unity Social lounge will host an activation that will be filled with lot of activities such as Ugu Jazz Arts Festival tickets give away, hampers, Live performances etc. On June 24, Maxis Lifestyle in Umlazi will host the biggest Ugu Jazz Arts Festival activation.
On the 29th of June at Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre Cyassound Holdings will host a full day conference of engaging on Arts and grooming arts practitioners within KZN province whilst providing empowering information and sharing skills.
The Ugu Jazz Arts Festival Pre-party will be hosted by Senzi’s in Margate on the 29th of June 2018.
On the 30th of June at Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre patrons will enjoy live performances by Oliver Mtukudzi; Selaelo Selota; Zonke; Mlindo The Vocalist; Bongani Nkwanyana; Khuzani; Bheki Nqoko; Skye Wanda; Sisanda Nilsson; Naledi Brown; Jazz clubs and many more. Mandla Mdletshe, Tshatha Ngobe and Dj Oros will be programme directors on the day.
On Sunday, July 1 a picnic will be hosted at Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre. Performing artists and tickets prices for this event will be communicated on or before June 8.
Tickets for the main event are available at computicket nationwide. Parking ticket is R150.00; General R280.00; Golden circle R350.00 and VIP R1 200.00
